Curiosity in the Body
Curiosity is often treated like a mindset.
But real curiosity is physical.
It’s the pause before a reaction.
It’s the breath that interrupts shame.
It’s the softening in the chest instead of the tightening.
It's relaxing the jaw when we could be clenching instead.
When curiosity lives only in the mind, we analyze. Then re-analyze.
When it lives in the body, we integrate.
This week, instead of asking what you think about your patterns, I want you to notice how they feel.
